can i clone a Verizon sim card

Is it possible to clone a Verizon sim card so I can have one in my moto x and one in my RAZR HD so that when my moto x battery dies I can just turn it off and turn my HD on so I don't have to swap sims or Carry a power pack

AFAIK what you are asking about is illegal. It's what crooks do.

I bet you can find a power pack that is essentially the same size as your RAZR HD, so you wouldn't really be caring anything extra.
