Can I create live wallpapers with the App Inventor?

Does anyone know if I can create live wallpapers and where a tutorial is for it? I've looked around and not seen it so I figured I better start asking for help. Haha.

Nope, App Inventor has some nice features but Live Wallpapers isn't one of them.
