Can I customize the layout of the unlock screen on Droid Razr M?

I just got a Droid Razr M a couple of days ago and I have a couple of questions if anyone can provide any input.

1) The clock on the unlock screen is up in the left hand corner and is fairly small. I often flick my phone on just to check the time and I would love it if I could make the clock larger and more centered on the unlock screen so that it's easier to see. Does anyone know if it is possible to alter and customize the layout of the unlock screen? I've gone all thru the settings menus and can't seem to find anything. I did see a post somewhere about an app you can buy (widgetscreen or something) but I'd rather not have to purchase anything just for that relatively minor change.

2) On my previous phone (Droid) I would press the phone icon whenever I needed to make a call and my contact list was housed right there. Having had that phone for many years I am very used to that and I am constantly having to back out of the phone dialer app on this phone and go into the people menu to access my contacts instead and it's getting annoying. Is there any way to merge my contacts into the phone dialer app?

To answer number 1, no, there is no way to modify the stock lockscreen/homescreen to the extent you are hoping for.

To answer number 2, they moved that for some reason in ICS (Android 4.0.X) and is now in its own separate "People" app. You can however, hit the search button next to the dial button and that will bring up a somewhat truncated list of contacts.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

For your lockscreen - you might check out Go Locker in the Play Store...there are several themes and styles available for it and it allows you to customize your lockscreen (to an extent).

For the dialer / contacts issue - that was a change with the ICS update or software...again, you can downloaded and use Go Contacts / Dialer and all is integrated again...

The clock on the unlock screen is much larger with Jelly Bean. You can do the leak now or wait for the official release.
