Can I disable Physical Keyboard?

Hi,
I have an Andriod 4 mini PC. When I plug in a wired mouse I can use the onscreen keyboard. When I plug in my wireless microsoft keyboard it assumes I have a Physical Keyboard too. Its annoying that everytime I switch on I have to change Physical Keyboard to off. Any way I can override this on start up?
