Can I get my 16 gigs of Internal storage from the Razr?

The Razr Maxx claims 16 gigs of storage, but I only see about 10 available between apps and usable storage, leaving about 6 for OS. Can I reformat somehow and resize that OS storage?

It's not incorrect, it is 16gb of storage, it's just that not all of the 16gb is usable.

As for changing the size of the OS itself, I'm not sure if it's possible or not. If it is then it is far beyond my knowledge. If one were to scale down the OS you may lose some features as well and OS stability may be sacrificed.
