Can I put all apps in one folder

Ok I love the droid apps ...I have had the phone for one week and I have downloaded many apps ...

so I am wondering is there a way to make a folder on the home (start) screen and put all my apps in it ?

Long Press on the Home screen and select folder.

tried that and now I have 3 "new folder" ...what do I do now

just long press on them and drag them to the trash can....

To rename Open the Folder; Do a long press on the name "folder" and it will prompt you to rename...

Thats cool. I have most of my apps in a folder now, but its kind of annoying that you cant drag an icon and hang it over the folder icon and drop it into it, the folder has to be open to have aps dropped into it. I am probably doing something wrong...

Apps Organizer is a good free app you may also want to try. It will give you a new nice looking icon that will store all your apps in instead of a folder.

I know I can drag and drop from the app list, but not from an app on the same screen as the folder... Noob status...
