Can I replace the "contacts" hard coded icon at bottom right?

I never use it and it seems a lot more important things like text messages or email icon could live there. Heck you have all contacts and favorites when you press the phone icon anyhow and the shortcut at bottom right does not let you select favorites.

You would need to install a different launcher app I believe. Im not too familiar with Blur since I replaced it with my favorite LauncherPro the day I got my Pro.

Anybody have an easy way of doing this?
Also, I only want contacts with names and phone numbers to show up, not anybody I ever sent an email to. How can I change that?
