can I/should I uninstall these 3 apps

These apps autostart, and I dont think Ill be using them. Can they be forced to stay shut down, or can I uninstall them?

also - does everyone have com.motorola.homesync running? What is the purpose of this app/service?

You cannot remove those 3 unless you root your phone.
