I could've sworn that there was a way to choose what the lockscreen music controls do in regards to what app, etc.

it used to be in button settings at least on the previous versions i have tried... it's in default program settings on 1.22

There is. Settings / system / button settings. Mine options for music Pandora or tune wiki.

Yes, Yakatori, as mentioned there is an option to select preferred music player in default programs settings. However, like the last build the pause button doesn't work w/ pandora, only next song.
