Can not free up space on my SD card???

Got an error saying that my SD card storage was low on space...So I started removing some pictures, and uninstalling some older apps that I don't use...and not a single mb of storage has freed up... Anyone with suggestions or answers as to what I am doing wrong?? Thanks!

You may have a cache that is full. Here are two methods to clearing cache.

1. Power Off/Power On (Power off fully)
2. Use an app that can clear caches; I use "1 Tap Cleaner"
