Can not send Picture message to Iphone using my droid

My brother owns an Iphone. He recieves my regular text messages fine. When I send him a picture message he never gets it. Anyone know why?

Which OS is he using? I think that anything less than 3.1 does not support MMS.

From the Apple iphone software update site:
MMS is not supported on first-generation iPhone. Video MMS is not supported on first-generation iPhone 3G.
