Can rarely connect to Market

Only sometimes can I connect to market. Are they having tech difficulties with it? For such an expensive phone, I was really expecting less problems.
Says "a network error has occurred."
Using wi-fi. Wi-fi connection is great with laptop in same room.

I am currently in Cary, NC with 1 bar and the Market is working fine. I have never received a network error for accessing the Market. Has this occurred on and off before or just started?

I've only had the phone 2 weeks but the first 5 or 6 days, it was fine. At least 3 out of 5 tries, I can't connect to it lately.

The Market is notorious for being slow and unable to connect at times, although it connect more than not for me.
