can someone help me please. droid x metro flashing etc.

so i have a droid x flashed to metro pcs, yesterday i had the 2.1 firmware and i had phone, txt, mms, and Internet. sometime overnight my phone upgraded to 2.2 by itself. now i only have the phone and txt.
my question is how can i get my internet and mms back?
i have no clue about how to even begin to go about it. can anyone help with some step by step or maybe point me in the right direction?

I called metropcs and they told me it would only be voice and txt. I'm surprised you got data.

How did you flash and what do you pay?
