Can´t Find platform-tools Folder

Hi Everyone,
When you´re trying to unlock a phone with a dead screen and you follow all the steps correctly but you can´t find the platform-tool folder, where could it be? Could the problem be fixed if you try and run the Android SDK as Administrator (right-click on it and choose Run as Admin)? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Is the default location. You should add a path mapping so you can run adb from any CMD window. Android SDK - RootzWiki This will help.
