can you disable stock dialer on ICS?

I have been running ICS from the soak test last week and I run Go Launcher and Go Dialer. If I set Go Dialer as default and drop the short cut dialing out ...no problem. But when an incoming call comes in it automatically goes to the stock dialer. I don't like the stock dialer and can't figure out how to disable it. I went into the stock app and stopped it, cleared data, and boom.....back on.

It didn't do it with gingerbread, but since ICS I can't disable it. Any help would be great!
