Can you set Handcent to interface with Google Voice?

Is it possible to let Handcent handle Google Voice SMS?

I am totally newbie to this.

Does it actually go through google voice or does it still go through verizon like a normal sms?

Handcent is just an application on the device, if you've got your Google Voice number set on the phone, regardless whether you use Handcent or not your texts will go thru Google. It's a matter of setting up Google Voice on the device itself, Handcent is just an app, not a service

I don't see any option for google voice inside handcent when getting ready to send a text
