Cannot find "Available languages" in "input languages"

Hi! I have a problem in the input languages. When I open the setting part and click on "Controls" and select "Languages and input", "Keyboards and input methods", and click on "Samsung keyboard">"input languages" >> "Select input languages", I find some languages in the "Downloaded languages" list and find nothing in the "Available languages" list. P.S : I had Chinese, Turkish, Arabic and Korean inputs, now suddenly without changing anything in the setting list, I can't find Chinese and Korean inputs. Also when I try to update the available languages it says "Languages list updated. No new languages were added."

Android version: 4.4.2

Try this friendly keyboard..it will work with you..it's much better than the Samsung one..
