Hoping for some help. Get the subject error on browser downloads. Searched high and low here and on the net. Nothing will fix. Both froyo and gb.

Tried new browsers. PC check disc. Clearing caches/memory/etc.. Some fix for a few files...then toast.

Sandisk 16 gb card....browser cached to card. Over 50% memory left.

Ideas?

Same thing here. I have about 90% of internal memory available. Ram is down low to about 60 mb consistently, and I can't get it higher. I was thinking this could be the problem, but everything I have read about GB says the ram is usually low.

I can download from the market all day long, but that is the only place I can download from. I've also tried deleting caches, text messages, etc. and still no luck.

I think i found the problem on mine. Go to settings -> Applications, make sure unknown sources is checked. I don't remember unchecking this, but with it checked I can now download from the browser and non market app stores. Hope that helps. You may have to reboot your phone after checking that box.
