Cannot Get Rid of CWM?

I had amen ra at one point then i used the all in one noob tool to flash CWM; but now i would like to install Clean ROM 4.3 which seems to have issues with CWM. Any suggestions as to how to go about this?

Download the AmonRA img file
Flash in fasboot (<path to>fastboot flash recovery <path to>AmonRa.img)
