Cannot receive calls from certain callers

I am running CyanagenMod 6 with the stock kernel and I am having problems. Certain people are unable to call me. Sometimes it will ring twice and go to my voicemail, other times it will just go straight to my voicemail. In both cases, I never receive the call. This happens with every ROM that I have tried recently. Each time, I wipe 3 times prior to installation. I do not, however, have this problem with Pete's OTA frg01b Rooted. Any advice is much appreciated!!!

Check out the contact entry for the people you can't get calls from. Open them up, press menu and choose OPTIONS. You will see an entry at the bottom that says "Incoming Calls". Make sure the check box is not checked.

Any other recommendations? I'm stumped. I've tried different basebands, different ROMs, different kernels, and still haven't solved this.
