cannot send mms pic to iphone 4g

Anyone else having this annoying issue, I send mms pic to many new iPhone friends, and each time it doesn't go through. On my alert it says rejected. I can however recieve from them.

Sounds like they need to move their hands and get some bars

Rejected mean the phone or service is not accepting your message. So its their phones, not yours

I have had this problem when sending to 3g and 3gs iphones. ATT SUCKS!

I have tried with every model of Iphone but with no resolve. the only way I have found is the email...
