Cannot uninstall "Superuser" App

I cannot remove the "superuser" app from my phone. Even after a factory reset and formatting the SD card the app still shows up. When you go to remove it all the options are grayed out. Suggestions?

Have you tried flashing to a stock ROM

I still have the icon in my app drawer after the 2.2.1 update kicked me out of root. Could not uninstall either, still have setcpu , titanium back up and adfree. I still get the notification from setcpu and adfree seems to still be working. Not really sure whats going on either.

Where can I get a real OEM ROM to flash back to? All the ones I have found so far are customized in some fashion.

I'll answer my own question. The newest version of SuperOneClick now successfully removed the superuser app when unrooting your phone.
