cannot update from google market

Hello
I am probably asking a newb question but i am stumped. Right now I am running Triple core android version 4.1.2. When I load a rom for android version 4.2.2 every single time when I log into google market I have the same problem. When I log in I cannot see my apps that I have installed on that account. Also when I run Titanium backup it will not find my backups on the sd card. I see the directory but TB says there are empty. Usually when I load a new ROM google automatically downloads my apps. Thanks in advance.

I have, (only) one suggestion. Try deleting your Google account, restart, then add the account back. Couldn't hurt, might help.

You also might go to settings > apps > all and fine Google Framework. Tap it and tell it to clear cache, then force stop, do the same for the Store app then reboot.
