Can't answer phone

When somebody rings me, i get a message to decline/ answer. I press answer and nothing happens: I don't speak to anybody.
Also, my phone has taken on a completely different hue. Now it's a ghastly murky colour and my photos are awful.
Also, if i trail my finger across the screen it leaves a very thin line.

And, is it possible to find a booklet that can help me to find my way on this phone.

Hi Tony ..which phone ? It's possible you have a hardware issue from what you're describing
