cant cancel FB upload

I tried to upload a video to facebook and it is taking way too long. I pull down the drop bar and tap the upload area and then nothing happens and nothing pulls up. How do i cancel the upload? Thanks

It tries to open but wont open the uploads screen. I can do it to youtube and can cancel fine, but the issue is with facebook i guess. Any thoughts?
