Can't connect to 4G LTE

Hey guys, i need some help on connecting to 4g. This morning i turned on my phone and 4g wasn't on. I've tried everything, such as turning on wi-fi on then off, but nothing seems to work. If anyone could help me out to connect to 4g, lemme know.

Same Problem

I had the same problem. I remembered that I did some changes to see if I could save on power. Check this - Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode. Check that LTE/CDMA is selected. As soon as I switched mine, my phone switched to 4G. I may switch back though - I didn't notice any connection difference between the two and I definitely saved on battery power at CDMA only.

Dont use wifi to flip on/off. Use airplane mode to do that. It refreshes your radio. Give it a shot

every thing is all good. went to the verizon store about 2 weeks ago and they just put in a new sim card
