cant connect to wifi or data

My first day and post! Had razr since day 1 ..loved every minute of it. Since last night, couldnt connect to wifi or data. Tries all the usual stuff, airplane mode, reboot, etc., but still nothing. Can anybody offer any help with this???

Are you using SmartActions? Are you using SmartActions? If so try disabling it. Also, check to make sure your wireless network settings are set to CDMA or CMDA/LTE and that you have data enabled and background data enabled also. Make those adjustments, if necessary, and reboot. Hope that helps.

Hmmm....there is a Motorola app in Google Play that will restore data...sorry but I don't recall the exact name. Download and install that app, run it and see if that works. Here is a link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...sYS5hbmRyb2lkLnJlc3RvcmVhcG4uZHJvaWRyYXpyIl0.

Really...:blink: Of course, he used his PC, then transferred it via USB (RIGHT?) Otherwise, that experimental version of OFT must now be working. (Osmosis File Transfer... tongue in cheek!)

I had a similar problem and Verizon had to re-activate my phone on their end. It only happened once out of the blue and not since. Who knows?

I'm not buying it. I think he used the Matrix.
