Can't download anything except apps from the market.

When trying to download a file in the browser I get a message that says something like, "you are using a mobile network, please make sure you will not incur unwanted fees. Use wifi." Soooooo its driving me nuts. It started when I was using the apex rom so I flashed squiddley and its continued so im pretty sure its not the rom. I have no way of downloading any new rom's to try either. Someone please help!

Try a different browser, like skyfire or dolphin or opera. I'm pretty sure the stock browser just doesn't allow for downloads, unless you use an app like astro to enable the feature.

Also, try changing the permissions for side-loading apps.
