Can't download certain apps for some odd reason

Can anyone help me with this. I'm running BB.4. Certain apps in particular like apps2sd, connect 4 just won't install. I try setting it to install on internal and external memory and I still get the unsuccessful message. This is very annoying. Any suggestions?
