Can't find file on Droid Incredible SD card after mounting and transferring

I'm trying to import a csv file into one of my apps. I mounted my phone and transferred the csv to the SD card. But when I unmount and try to find the file, it doesn't show up. I've also tried using Astro File manager and it also doesn't show up there either. When I remount the phone on my computer, the file is there on the SC card, right where I put it.

Any ideas why the phone doesn't recognize it. I've tried different folders on the SD card, shortening the name, etc...

Any help appreciated.

I have a hard time, if I can at all finding ANYTHING on the SD card searching from the phone itself. If anyone can help on this would be great!!!!
