can't find my app

I just downloaded titanium backup pro and it says installed but the app doesn't show up.

thank you for your answer and helping out a newbie.
do you know where I can find a guide so can walk me through all the features?
I just rooted my phone for the wifi, but I wanna learn more about all the other stuff rooted phones can do.
