Can't Find S-Health App

So I think I disabled S-Health in my app settings a while ago but now I'm trying to get it back and can't find it. I searched under all applications but don't see it listed and I can't download it from the app store. Any ideas to get this back?

Disabled apps usually appear at the very bottom of the list.

Maybe you hid it? Click Menu, scroll the very bottom to Show Hidden Applications.
