Can't find transferred files...

I just got my Droid Eris and I transferred two video files from my PC but when I go into my Eris I can't seem to locate them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You probably don't have a file manager. Get Astro file manager from the market.

Ok got the Astro Manager downloaded but for some reason my Droid Eris won't play .mpeg files??? Am I doing something wrong or do I need to convert them to a different format?
