Can't fully remove Weather Channel app

I was having a problem before with my phone constantly rebooting. I was in the middle of removing all of the things I had added since beginning to experience the issue, and in the middle of removing the Weather Channel it rebooted. As a result, I no longer have the app. That's fine, but when I went to download it again it said I already had it. I then went to remove it, but it was no where to be found. Is there any way to manually uninstall the rest of it?

Not sure how you removed it, but this is the correct way:

Settings: Applications: Manage applications: The Weather: Uninstall


And, I'm looking for a new weather widget myself, the Weather Channel seems pretty hit and miss as far as consistency goes.
