Can't get past Droid Screen after SPF back to stock.

I have not worked with these devices forever. I was trying to flash my moms phone back to stock after it being on a very early build of ICS from back in the day. I can get into fastboot or any of those menu's. Can anyone get me pointed in the right direction to get this old D3 kicking again. I think I need to flash Safestrap or clockwork mod on, but have no been able to find those files. Thanks in advanced.

So I found this Unbricking by Psouza4 with legit links, going to try it out. I am running out of ideas.

I remember a long time ago being able to flash CWM on my phone, was that with the Droid 3? It may have been with my epic. But the concept was you could flash CWM with ODIN, that way if your phone was bricked, you could then install a ROM with the new recovery software, is that possible with D3?
