Can't get rid of Mystery bar runs across the Notification bar.

I'm fairly new with this forum and with the Droid Razr. At some point, I'm not sure when, I ended up with a translucent bar that runs on top of the notification bar. It seems to have numbers all across it almost like a ticker tape. The numbers may be coordinates but they are so small I can't read them clearly. At the same time this bar appeared, everytime I swipe on the screen, it makes lines like in a drawing app. If I long press, I sometimes get what looks like cross hairs.

I did something new awhile ago that may be part of the problem. I used QR Droid to gather information off a Barcode directly from a TV. I got the files but I can't remember if this issue happened right after that. I went into my gallery and there was the barcode. I was finally able to delete it. Then I shut off and back on my phone. The bar and the lines are still there.

I started removing apps from my Droid that my have something to do with lines or coordinates but so far I haven't found any of them causing the problem. I'm at a loss of where to go or what to do. I called Verizon Wireless but they were not able to help at all!

I was hoping when I installed the new update that this may make it disappear but not my luck. I'm not familar with the directory structure in the phone. Is there somewhere posted that gives new users an idea of how things are stored? Maybe that would help.

Any suggestions would really be helpful!
Thanks, Chris
