Can't get rid of safestrap boot screen

trying to get back to unrooted stock hears what i did:
booted into safestrap to make backup
rebooted
went to safestrap app clicked uninstall recovery
using droid razr utility 1.51 unrooted.

yet when i boot up safestrap splash screen is still there.

I'm going to verizon later today and hoping to get replacment #2 as now this phone only charges sporadically and even through its connected to charger.

changed cables. no difference
changed charges no difference

heres to hoping that dont notice i forgot to unfreeze a few vzw crapware apps...
 
Should have just used the utility you used to unroot to fastboot back to stock.
 
so to fix and remove the safestrap 'boot' screen i need to:
1. get phone in fastboot mode
2. using this restore to .181
3. enjoy

Question: will this cause me to lose all my apps, settings, and homescreen setup? if so, anyway to keep the
