Can't get/send email over Verizon network?

My email (IMAP) with Godaddy, works perfectly fine when I am connected to a wireless network, but when it switches to the Verizon network it tells me it can't connect to the server. Gmail and the browser work fine.

Any ideas what's happening?

Sounds like a permission setting or a incorrect port? Throwing ideas here...

Try this:
Go into your Godaddy Inbox
Menu
Email Settings
Email Delivery
Sync over Wi-Fi only (uncheck it if it is checked)
