Cant get to droid market

every time I start it up it says loading and then stops and says

a server error has occurred. Retry or cancel and return to the previous screen

anyone else have this problem? Im starting to consider returning this phone becasue all the bugs it has

First thing is you're device isn't finding the network. Are you on WIFi or 3G or does you device show 1x. I see that error every now and then but it's when i'm in 1x mode.

As far as taking it back, I am a heavy user and don't see a lot of bugs that would make me return it. Though if you feel that way you should return it before your 30 days is up.
