So I tried getting the OTA through system updates and it downloaded but when I try to install it, it fails about a quarter of the way through. My phone is unrooted, but remains of safestrap (from when it was rooted) is still on my phone and I can't seem to delete them along with superuser. I just cannot delete them, it won't let me for some reason. I'm currently downloading the droid razr utility 1.6 to go back to stock. Only problem is I am completely clueless as to what I'm doing. Can anyone provide me with a dummy guide to help me download the ICS update? I've been lurking around boards and forums and picked up bits and pieces of information, I just cannot seem to put them together.
