Cant install .zip from sd card

So I've been trying to get on miui for a while now. I spf'ed back to .340 froyo, z4 rooted, installed droid 2 boot straper and straped into cwr and tried to install the .zip, it said failed (bad) so I tried to use droid x boot strapper, as well as rom manager. The md5 matches, what gives? I've redownloaded twice now..

I put the .zip on the root of the sd card and it seems to be working.

ive got the same problem...must be somethin....do u mount system??
