Can't load MP3 Ringtone from MMS

I bought a ringtone from verizon which gets delivered via MMS. I got the message and the ringtone can be played, but it fails on download.

If I could find it in a tmp file, I could grap it, but can't seem to find it.

Is this a known bug?
