Cant pick up a hidden ssid

How do I pick up hidden ssid? Phone used to pick mine up but won't now. Why and how do I fix this?

With wifi turned on go into wireless settings then wifi settings and then add wifi network. Then type in your network ssid and any other settings for the network. Your phone should now recognize your network again.
