Cant remember name of this app?

I'm looking for this app but I can't remember what it is. Say you get a phone call and you don't want to talk to that person or your busy, you just flip your phone over on its front and it cancels the call and the ringing. Anyone know what it is?

I had a similar app on my Storm called "FlipOff". Maybe the dev released an Android version?
