Can't scroll through text messages

Every time I try to scroll through my text messages it'll let me go up one message and then immediately revert back to the latest one

Why is this?
Also sometimes (I don't know what causes it) it'll push me to the very first message from that contact?


The first issue is really annoying, second one not so much
anybody know a good fix or what causes it?

I was having the same problem, but I believe it got fixed on the OTA update from the 20th. Seems to work for me now.
