cant seem to root phone

ey. ive tried like 9 tiems to root my droid 4. i cant figure out whats wrong. im using razr blade, ive extracted it to a new folder, but it wont run. this is what i keep getting

failed on '/data/logger' - permission denied
mkdir failed for /data/logger:file exists
unable to chmod /data/logger:Operation not permitted
link failed File exists

then it keeps going to phase four, then to cleanup, and it says
/system/bin/sh: su:not found

someone ples help

Clear the data from the smart actions app to properly set it up again. Also, try switching between usb storage and media player mode when plugged in. Also make sure you have the latest moto drivers, try different usb ports, etc, blah blah blah...

Razr Blade is tricky but eventually it'll work.
