Can't send any picture messages, but I have no problem receiving them.

I sat a Verizon for an hour the other day and they finally cake back and said to factory reset. So I tool my phone home backed it up with titanium, reset my phone and installed my backup from titanium and it was still doing it. So I had to reset again and completely redo my phone from stock. Everything works fine now with the messages so I don't know what it could have been but I made a backup of the working state of the phone now.

Been having about 50% success with picture attachments in messages since getting this phone, months now. Garbage.

Fyi, answer was to update roaming about 2 or 3 times a month. Got rid of phone.
