Cant send message on Gtalk on my Samsung Galaxy

Hi,

I am using Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S6102 mobile.
sometimes I couldnt send messages on GTalk.
Getting "the message couldnt be sent" message sometimes.
and even my friends say they are online, but they are shown as offline.

Can you please help me out on this.
