Can't send pictures MMS

Hope this is the right place to post. Neither my nor my gf's Droids will send pictures. Small or large .jpg and .png tried.

She is on BB v0.4, and mine didn't work on that, Sapphire 0.8.4, or even when I went back to 2.1 update 1!

I tried both Handcent and stock messenger, cleared cache and data on both, then uninstalled Handcent and tried again with stock. No go in any configuration.

Any ideas with this problem? Should I post in the unrooted Droid help area? (That is now filled with Droid X questions...)

Tried both C_01.3E.03P and C_01.43.01P basebands. Full 3g, WiFi, and cell signal. Tried WiFi on and off. Did *228 #1 and 2. Checked all settings on phone, messenger and Handcent. Aargh.

What does it say exactly when trying to send the pictures exactly?

Before it would just show the sending spiral, but never go. Now it shows sent, and the delivery report just says pending. Hmmm, maybe I should try to send it to a different phone, duh! Maybe hers just isn't sending or receiving. I'll try that now.

And yeah it is good for problems like this to really try different variety of solutions.

I have a problem with sending looong texts to my girlfriends phone sometimes, but no others. As well as other things.
Hope you get some results!

And you keep resending the message over and over and it wouldn't send huh?

OK, figured it out. Had to reload the stock messaging app on both phones, then it worked finally. Even though you only use Handcent, I guess it still needs something from stock messenger to work.
