can't send text messages from Moto Razor today

I'm getting pop up back after each text sent that they won't go thru??? I can receive texts OK.

Reboot doesn't help? Is it to just one number or all numbers? Do you have service? Do you have a limited texting plan?

First let's try this;

Clear Temporary Internet Files - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA

Then shut down and restart the phone.

If the outgoing texts still don't work, I know of several cases where deleting all incoming and outgoing texts on the phone followed by a reboot fixed this problem. If you really want to save all your texts so you can restore them afterwards, go to the Play Store and install https://play.google.com/store/search?q=sms+backup+and+restore (the first blue one with the clock and circling arrows). Then run a backup, followed by going into your texting client and deleting all texts. Then reboot and again see if the outgoing texts will work.

It happened to me thursday on my dna. I ended up calling tech support. She had me power the device off, wait 2 minutes, and power back on. It worked fine again after that. I don't understand why it didn't work with a reboot, but it didn't . Total power down was all that was needed.
